Qualifications

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust bakery production equipment to support efficient and reliable production operations.
• Monitor product quality and food safety standards.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas per GMP.
• Troubleshoot and communicate equipment or production issues.
• Support equipment startups, changeovers, and daily production activities.
• Follow recipes, processes, and GMP requirements for product consistency.
