Job summary

Palermo Villa, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Supervisor at our West Milwaukee facility to lead daily operations, coach staff, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency on a 3rd shift. You will develop employees, monitor performance, and ensure seamless production flow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in bakery or food production.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach employees, drive accountability, and achieve operational goals.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bakery operations to hit production, quality, safety, and efficiency goals.
• Coach and develop bakery associates with ongoing feedback.
• Set clear expectations and drive accountability for performance.
• Support onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
• Address attendance and performance concerns with HR.
• Monitor staffing levels and coordinate resources.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, USDA, BRC, and safety rules.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Sanitation to resolve issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement to boost safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Foster an engaged, team-oriented culture aligned with Palermo's values.
