Palermo's Pizza is seeking a Bakery Lead to oversee daily bakery operations at our West Milwaukee facility. You will coach team members, coordinate daily activities, and drive production goals safely and efficiently on the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years of manufacturing experience, bakery preferred.
• Ability to coordinate work activities and support others.
• Basic math, reading, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities on assigned bakery lines to support production schedules.
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to quality, output, and efficiency.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to bakery associates.
• Assist with onboarding and training activities.
• Monitor material usage and communicate concerns.
• Promote adherence to food safety, GMP, and safety standards.
• Complete and verify production documentation.
• Participate in RedZone huddles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Escalate safety, equipment, staffing, or production concerns as needed.
