Job summary

Palermo Villa, Inc. is seeking a leader for bakery operations at their Milwaukee facility. This role requires overseeing multiple shifts and enhancing performance in safety, quality, and productivity.

As part of the Operations Leadership Team, you'll collaborate across functions to drive bakery performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive manufacturing experience, a strong background in bakery processes, and the ability to develop effective leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including significant bakery leadership.
• 5+ years leading managers in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial bakery processes and quality factors.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations across multiple shifts and platforms.
• Develop Bakery Managers and strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Use operational data and KPIs to identify trends and solve problems.
• Drive continuous improvement in throughput and efficiency.
• Provide leadership oversight of bakery processes and equipment.
• Partner with Maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
• Manage bakery budgets and resource improvements.
