Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at the start of shift and prepare for duties.
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise/train team members, receive and stock items; check dates and pricing.
• Assemble and bake goods; place trays in ovens and racks, and ensure display cases are clean.
• Package and label baked goods and print labels, maintaining cleanliness of display cases.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
