Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking team members for retail store positions to support daily bakery, stocking, and customer service duties at our Lititz, PA location. Responsibilities include preparing for shifts, baking goods, labeling products, maintaining clean display cases, and ensuring safety and equipment readiness.

The role may involve supervising others and overseeing beverage operations. Candidates should be able to work 8–10 hour shifts, stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and complete the 60-day

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate to complete job duties and follow safety regulations.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools for this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely and meet performance standards, including regular attendance.
• Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes for this job.
• Must have a valid identification.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.
• Must complete the in-house forklift-training program.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare for duties.
• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, place on trays, bake goods, and package and label baked goods.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, display cases, and floors.
• Oversee operations related to Starbucks within the store.
