Job summary

The GIANT Company in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a team member to assist in baking goods, stocking, and maintaining clean display cases. You’ll review schedules, prepare duties, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate to perform duties and follow policies and safety rules.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Must be able to use the equipment and tools required for the job.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start and prepare PPE and supplies.
• Assemble and bake goods, place trays in racks, and bake.
• Package, label baked goods, and display or restock them.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, displays, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.
