Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule and prepare duties at shift start.
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise and train teammates, stock items, and adjust pricing as needed.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, place trays in racks, bake goods.
• Package and label baked goods; clean display cases and rotate stock.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
