Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring for a store positions role at our Mechanicsburg location. You will participate in daily bakery operations, including assembling, baking, labeling, and displaying goods, while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities also include keeping accurate records and supporting the team to ensure a smooth shift. Applicants should be able to work at least 4-hour shifts, pass standard safety and PPE requirements, and meet attendance expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate to complete job duties safely and effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have valid identification.
• Probationary period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment/tools used to perform the job.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare for duties at shift start.
• Assemble and bake goods; place on trays, bake, and display.
• Package, label, and wrap baked goods; clean display cases.
• Sanitize all work surfaces, tools, and equipment.
• Track and record loss.
