Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure fresh baked goods are displayed by 8:00 AM.
• Manage labor schedules within budget and arrange shift coverage.
• Lead and train department staff to ensure safety, quality, and customer service.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and perform regular stock counts and audits.
• Monitor department dashboards to optimize sales, margins, and shrinkage.
