Executive Leadership Solutions is seeking a Bakery Manager to oversee all bakery operations in a fast-paced retail environment in Indiana. You will lead a team, ensure food safety, manage inventory, and drive sales while maintaining quality and customer service standards.

The role requires 3+ years of bakery experience with supervisory responsibilities and strong organizational and communication skills to support both deli and overall store operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Bakery experience with supervisory duties.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and deli equipment operation.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bakery operations and staff scheduling.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, labeling and health compliance.
• Hire, train, and supervise deli associates to deliver service excellence.
• Develop production plans to maintain freshness and availability.
• Create attractive displays aligned with merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering and shrink control.
• Monitor department financials including sales and productivity.
• Resolve customer inquiries and special orders promptly.
• Operate bakery equipment and coordinate promotions with leadership.
• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
