Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Food Handler certification required; Manager Food Safety certification preferred.
• Age 18+; 21+ to drive per policy.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and develop partners.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance and discipline as needed.
• Review historical data to predict sales from ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory and in-stock levels; oversee ordering and paperwork.
• Ensure bakery quality and food safety; inspect baked goods for freshness and appearance.
• Assist with bakery production, decoration, packaging, and occasional delivery of baked goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment and greet customers.
