You will manage scheduling, inventory, and quality control, ensuring safety standards and engaging in product decoration and merchandising to attract shoppers. This role requires strong leadership and flexibility, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of bakery experience.
• Food Handler and Manager Food Safety certifications required.
• Must be 18+; 21+ to drive per policy.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and develop partners; plan and direct work.
• Forecast sales from ads and promotions; manage inventory and P&L.
• Oversee bakery sales, labor, and profitability objectives.
• Ensure quality control and food safety; rotate products.
• Assist with production, packaging, labeling, catering, and deliveries.
• Decorate products and merchandise through appealing displays.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment; greet customers and take orders.
