Job summary

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED and 1+ years of related experience.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners, schedule and direct work.
• Review sales data; manage inventory to keep in-stock levels.
• Improve sales performance and company results.
• Enforce quality control and safety standards; rotate stock.
• Assist with bakery production: prep, packaging, labeling, catering, delivery.
• Decorate baked goods and merchandise displays.
• Check truck inventory and manage ordering and paperwork.
• Promote sales through suggestive selling and displays.
• Maintain clean, safe environment per safety procedures.
• Greet customers and take orders by phone and in person.
