Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus related bakery experience.
• Food Handler and Manager Food Safety certifications required.
• 18+ years of age and ability to drive for Company business per policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensures baked goods are prepared and displayed per Company standards.
• Train and develop partners, schedule, plan, and direct work with upper management.
• Review sales data, manage inventory, and ensure in-stock levels.
• Maintain quality control, food safety, and proper product dating and rotation.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, catering, and occasional delivery of baked goods.
• Decorate products, merchandise displays, and promote themes to drive sales.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and take orders by phone or in person.
