Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED with two+ years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Minimum age 18.
• Drivers must be 21+ years old to drive for company business per policy.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, trains, and develops partners; plans, assigns and directs work; evaluates performance; schedules and disciplines.
• Reviews historical data to predict future bakery sales from ads and promotions.
• Manages inventory to maintain in-stock levels; reviews P&L, sales, shrink and labor; reports to upper management.
• Checks inventory on trucks; ensures accuracy of ordering and related paperwork.
• Accountable for bakery sales, labor, and profitability objectives.
• Enforces food safety standards and rotates dated products.
• Plans work priorities for department personnel based on forecasts.
• Assists with all bakery production aspects including packaging, labeling, catering, and occasional delivery.
• Decorates baked goods to promote themes and displays products attractively.
• Keeps a clean, safe, sanitary work environment per company procedures.
