Nothing Bundt Cakes West Lafayette is seeking a Bakery Manager to oversee all bakery operations, ensure brand and company policies are followed, and handle scheduling, email account management, shipment ordering and documentation.

You will market within the bakery and in the local community to boost event and fundraiser participation, regulate labor costs, support departments for efficiency, participate in local events, and keep a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
• Ability to handle staff conflicts or interpersonal issues.
• Basic math, typing, writing and reading skills.
• Very flexible schedule (opening, closing and weekend shifts).
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to lift, bend and carry 50lbs for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all operations from each department and ensuring brand and company policies are being followed closely.
• Administrative tasks such as scheduling, email account management, shipment ordering and documentation practices.
• Marketing within the bakery and local community to increase event participation.
• Controlling labor to prevent overspending.
• Stepping into departments to keep sharp with efficiencies and assist when needed.
• Participating in local events.
• Maintaining a positive work environment at all times.
