Qualifications

• 5+ years of plant ops leadership in manufacturing or food production.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and operational management skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and cost reductions.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with MS Office.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and RedZone or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop supervisors, managers, and production teams using Lean principles.
• Direct daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production performance.
• Drive continuous improvements to reduce waste, boost efficiency, and improve food safety.
• Develop and monitor strategies aligned with goals and manufacturing objectives.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and resources to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with Maintenance/Engineering for reliability and preventive maintenance.
• Support budgeting, labor cost control, and CAPEX planning.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, SQF, GMP standards.
• Lead operational meetings, track KPIs, and drive accountability.
• Maintain safe, organized, and professional plant operations.
