Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Levittown, NY is seeking a General Manager to lead all day-to-day bakery operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will build and mentor a strong team, manage scheduling, payroll, costs, and vendor relationships, and ensure food safety and brand standards.

You will develop a positive culture focused on teamwork and accountability, drive sales growth, and collaborate with ownership to execute growth strategies and local marketing initiatives in the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, hospitality, or food service.
• Proven leadership with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and costs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational systems.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
