Call Your Mother is hiring an Assistant Commissary Manager based in Chicago. You will oversee daily commissary operations, from production and inventory to distribution, ensuring CYM standards are met across shifts.

• 2+ years in a bakery/production environment
• Hands-on leadership in a high-volume kitchen or commissary
• Strong knowledge of inventory, cost control, and food safety
• Proficient with computer systems and new software

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day commissary operations from production to distribution.
• Ensure recipes, quality standards, and food safety practices are followed.
• Support labor, inventory, food cost, and waste management.
• Manage deliveries, inventory records, and reorders to prevent shortages.
• Provide training, coaching, and leadership to the team.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and CYM standards across commissary areas.
