Job summary

The Bakery Co. is seeking a Mixer Operator to measure and prepare ingredients for batches and dough, ensuring a safe, high-quality product that meets company standards and customer specifications.

You will monitor the production line, document downtime, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow GMPs and safety procedures while collaborating with the Production Lead/Supervisor and other teams to ensure timely, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Communication and teamwork skills are expected.
• Strong adherence to safety and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Combine raw materials in proper sequence and sign off when processed correctly.
• Monitor downtime and waste and report.
• Keep the line supplied with ingredients and maintain pace set by supervisor.
• Complete batch forms and maintain sanitary work area.
• Train others in mixing area as needed.
• Read and monitor machine functions and report equipment issues.
