Qualifications

• One or more years of production experience as a helper.
• Basic knowledge of mixer procedures and mixer operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dough consistency via proper scaling and time/temperature control.
• Keeps production flowing by timely dough mixing and division.
• Records dough mixing temperatures and other required data.
• Keeps work areas clean.
• Follows all company policies including safety and HR rules (EEO, harassment, safety).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures compliance with EEO, safety, Sarbanes-Oxley and related policies.
• Performs additional duties as needed.
