Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent must be attained.
• Ability to follow batch Lot Sheet and production pace.

Responsibilities

• Measure and prepare ingredients for batches and dough as per Lot Sheet.
• Monitor and document downtime and waste; report to lead/supervisor.
• Keep the line supplied with ingredients while maintaining production pace.
• Complete and deliver all batch forms (Lot Sheet) to the Production Manager.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and supervise your zone.
• Communicate changes to associates and shifts; assist in training as needed.
• Operate with up-to-date knowledge of production processes and customer specs.
• Report equipment problems immediately to Lead or Supervisor.
• Follow GMPs and Safety Procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
