Qualifications

• Knowledge and use of HACCP and GMP procedures for mixing, labeling, storage and scrap dough.
• Must be able to stand 10-12 hours, lift up to 52 pounds, and work safely.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with others in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review daily mixing schedules and formulas.
• Accurately scale and combine ingredients in mixing bowl with proper equipment.
• Mix dough according to product specifications and adjust as needed.
• Maintain and monitor cleanliness and sanitation of work area.
• Set up and adjust mixers for each product and ensure proper operation.
