Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with 2 years grocery experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.
• General housekeeping and sanitation responsibilities.
• Ability to operate knives, scales, wrappers, and handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery production, output, and display.
• Monitor product quality, inventory, and budget.
• Develop improved practices and procedures.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and productivity standards.
• Hire, train, and promote staff with Store Manager input.
• Schedule staffing and manage shifts.
• Lead customer service and product excellence.
• Act as Key Carrier or MOD as needed.
