Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 2 years' retail grocery experience
• Be dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Have outgoing and friendly behavior and positive attitude toward team members and customers
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitize work area
• Operate knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed

• Manage daily output baking, production and display of bakery products
• Supervise product quality, track inventory, and manage bakery budget
• Evaluate operations to identify strengths and areas for improvement; develop improved practices
• Ensure safety, proper food handling, sanitation, and productivity standards
• Responsible for ordering, receiving, unloading and storage
• Build and rotate merchandise and displays
• Plan and order to maximize sales and gross profit
• Lead and coach team members with performance reviews and development discussions
• Attend store meetings and collaborate with Store Manager on promotions and staffing
