You will hire and coach team members, schedule coverage, control costs, and drive sales by providing exceptional customer service. This full-time, on-site role requires 18+ and 2 years grocery experience, with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail grocery experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with customers and team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to handle phones and take special orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe food-handling practices.
• Stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 lbs with/without assistance.
• Familiarity with margins, inventory, and goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery output, production, and displays.
• Supervise quality, inventory, and bakery budget.
• Develop improved practices and procedures.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and weights compliance.
• Manage ordering, receiving, and storage.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Schedule staffing and control labor.
• Recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Lead and coach team members.
• Attend in-store meetings.
