You will supervise product quality, inventory, and budget while coaching team members, scheduling shifts, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards. The role requires 2+ years retail grocery experience and a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail grocery experience required, minimum 2 years.
• 18+ years old with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude and strong customer service.
• Excellent communication and ability to take direction.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Knowledge of safety, cleanliness, and food handling.
• Ability to operate equipment (knives, scales, wrappers, pallet jacks) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery output, production, and display.
• Supervise quality, inventory, and bakery budget.
• Assess operations and implement improved practices.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper handling of products.
• Manage ordering, receiving, storage and merchandising.
• Plan staff schedules and staffing levels to maximize productivity.
• Lead team development and performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings; recruit and promote staff with Store Manager.
• Act as MOD when needed.
