Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; additional education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or food service.
• Experience hiring and developing teams for superior service and achieving financial objectives.
• Experience creating productivity goals, inventory par levels, and team schedules.
• Foodservice safety training certificate (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and coach bakery team to deliver exceptional service.
• Recruit, train and manage performance; conduct quarterly reviews.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and deposits.
• Manage special orders, scheduling and production planning.
• Control costs, inventory, and supplier relationships to maximize profit.
• Engage in local marketing and community outreach activities.
