This role helps minimize downtime, maintain facility standards, and ensure food safety, quality, and production goals are met, with a 2nd shift schedule from 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM and weekend availability.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance practices.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
Ability to read, understand, and complete work orders and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational equipment issues.
Support production teams by responding to maintenance requests and minimizing disruptions.
Inspect, maintain, and monitor facility systems, including boiler operations and utilities.
Conduct facility inspections and proactively identify and address maintenance concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and workplace safety standards.
