Aspire Bakeries LLC operates a Cayce, SC bakery and is seeking an Analyst, Bakery - Maintenance Planner - 1st Shift. You will coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance planning to boost equipment reliability and efficiency, ensuring resources and work are planned to minimize downtime.

The role requires leadership, strong data skills, and collaboration across departments to drive safe, compliant operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data and implement solutions.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling activities to maximize equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders, labor requirements, backlog activities, and material needs.
• Oversee contractor, vendor, and service provider activities to ensure quality execution of maintenance work.
• Maintain CMMS/SAP systems, maintenance records, reporting, and performance tracking processes.
• Develop and improve maintenance procedures, SOPs, and compliance programs to support safe operations.
• Manage maintenance inventory, purchasing activities, and parts availability to support maintenance execution.
• Collaborate on capital projects, equipment procurement, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
