Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing (food industry preferred).
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for bakery production equipment and building systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480 volts, three-phase; read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Manage maintenance records, work orders, and parts inventory; supervise maintenance staff.
• Ensure GMP, food safety, and OSHA compliance; support continuous improvement initiatives.
