You’ll work mornings, weekends, and holidays, handle equipment safely, and collaborate with FOH and BOH to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Experience in bakery or café helps; ServSafe preferred; competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as line cook or prep cook in cafe, bakery, or casual dining.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety protocols.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and SOPs.
• Strong time management and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Sense of urgency essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per maman recipes and service standards.
• Assist with daily prep and ingredient assembly.
• Operate ovens, grills, mixers, and slicers safely.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation.
• Support FOH team when required.
• Ensure quality and esthetic of maman’s menu items.
• Communicate issues to Kitchen Leader promptly.
