• 6–12 months of related bakery experience recommended.
• Ability to follow instructions, perform arithmetic, and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by showing care and patience with customers and team members.
• Greet customers, learn and use their names when possible, and assist them in finding products.
• Escort customers to products and help secure items that are out of reach.
• Load or unload heavy items and pass along customer requests to the bakery team.
• Prepare, bake, and fry department products as needed and ensure freshness.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow sanitation procedures.
• Prioritize orders and follow production timelines for the day.
