Hy-Vee is seeking a dedicated Baker to join our Bakery Department. You will prepare, bake, fry, and finish department products, ensuring freshness for every customer. You’ll lead bakery clerks, plan production, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced store environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and reliability, with shifts that support busy store hours. Hy-Vee values craftsmanship and a smile in every aisle.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent experience; department training is helpful.
• Over six months up to one year of similar or related experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand and perform bakery tasks.
