Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Over six months up to one year of bakery experience preferred.
• Department training is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist with needs throughout the store.
• Prepare, bake, fry, and pull department products; manage production for orders.
• Review product freshness and pull by stale date; anticipate future needs.
• Lead bakery clerks and provide guidance and direction.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the bakery and work area.
