Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ years retail experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read/interpret documents and perform basic math.
• Ability to work with others and adapt to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide excellent service.
• Ensure proper staffing to meet service levels.
• Follow SOPs for merchandising, pricing, and safety.
