Responsibilities include coordinating with store management on business plans, training associates, and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations while delivering exceptional customer experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Current food handlers permit once employed.
• High school education or equivalent required.
• Bakery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates while communicating information.
• Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to achieve goals.
• Establish performance goals and empower associates to meet targets.
• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume during hours of operation.
• Train and develop associates and participate in performance appraisals.
• Adhere to laws and company guidelines.
• Create welcoming environment and inform customers of bakery specials.
• Gain knowledge of products and prepare bakery items per requests.
