Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bakery training helpful.
• Six months up to one year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist with needs across the store.
• Check orders, set up production timelines, and prioritize special/ future orders.
• Prepare, bake, fry, proof and pull items from freezer/cooler as needed.
• Ensure product freshness, review stale dates, and anticipate future needs.
• Inspect incoming products for quality and quantity; identify mispicks.
• Lead bakery clerks, provide guidance and direction; ensure coverage during absences.
