Healthy product knowledge, a positive attitude, and reliability are essential. The role requires 16+ years of age, flexible shifts, and opportunities for advancement in a casual, cake-loving environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• Previous guest service experience at bakery, restaurant or retail store is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with new technology and POS system.
• Diligent, organized and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests warmly and determine interests and needs.
• Educate guests on cake options, sizes, flavors, pricing, promotions, and merchandise.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain clean bakery presentation and replenish display.
• Assist Crafter with decorations and packaging.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and dress code.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
