SusieCakes is seeking a Guest Service Team Leader to oversee the overall guest experience during shifts. You will ensure service standards, coach team members, and coordinate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional desserts and experiences.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and a focus on safety and hospitality in a bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Experience in quick service food hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive guest and team member experience on duty.
• Communicate product offerings, new initiatives, and bakery updates.
• Drive product sales by partnering with the culinary team to exceed guest expectations.
• Oversee daily operations, logs, breaks, food safety, and COVID procedures.
