Nothing Bundt Cakes in Plainview, NY (training in Levittown prior to opening) is seeking a General Manager to lead bakery operations, inspire a high-performing team, and drive business results while ensuring quality, service, and guest experience.

You will manage labor, scheduling, payroll, food costs, and vendor relationships, and you will work with ownership to execute strategies and grow brand awareness in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, hospitality, or food service operations.
• Proven leadership experience with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and operating costs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building strong teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational systems.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
