Aubergine Kitchen in Utah is seeking a full-time Cashier to join our Front of House team. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, and confidently suggest add-ons. You will input orders into Toast POS, catch mistakes, and handle phone inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean counters and displays, managing guest recovery calmly, and supporting the kitchen during peak periods. 21+ applicants with hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Full English fluency required.
• Willingness to complete onboarding and training.
• 21+ and customer-facing restaurant experience preferred, not required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available 3–5 shifts/week, including weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu, and suggest add-ons.
• Input orders into Toast POS accurately; catch errors; answer phones.
• Keep counter and display area clean and visually appealing.
• Own guest recovery, escalate when needed, and follow up for satisfaction.
• Communicate with kitchen for accurate handoffs; assist during peak times.
