Job summary

Tous Les Jours in Commerce, CA seeks a West Trainer - Bakery Franchise Operation (Front of House) to lead pre-opening training for new bakery locations, focusing on product prep, quality control and day-to-day store operations. This role reports to the Senior Training Center Manager in the East Training Center.

The position also provides foundational training for internal staff to strengthen job skills, product knowledge, hygiene standards and equipment use.

Qualifications

• Prior bakery, food and beverage, and/or QSR experience is required.
• Associate degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Bilingual Korean/English preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-opening training for new Tous Les Jours bakery stores.
• Deliver foundational training for internal employees to strengthen competencies.
• Train on product preparation, quality control, hygiene, and equipment use.
• Develop and update training curricula and materials.
• Manage training documentation and post-training evaluations.
