Job summary

TOUS les JOURS International is seeking a West Trainer for Bakery Franchise Operations (Front of House) in Commerce, CA. This full-time role focuses on pre-opening training, product prep, quality control, and store operations to ensure successful openings.

You will also deliver foundational training to internal staff, strengthen job competencies, and ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. Strong MS Office and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior bakery, food and beverage, and/or QSR experience is required.
• Associate degree or higher, or equivalent work experience.
• Basic understanding of F&B operation fundamentals.
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-opening training for new Tous Les Jours bakery stores.
• Deliver foundational training for internal staff to strengthen competencies.
• Train on product preparation, quality control, and store operations.
• Educate on hygiene and food safety standards.
• Develop and update training curricula and materials.
• Inspect training center operations and control expenses.
