Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in quality control or food safety in production or bakery settings.
• Bilingual English and Korean preferred
• Genesis Food Program user preferred
• Certification in Food Safety and other required certifications preferred
• Able to work weekends or holidays as needed
• Proficient in English reading and writing
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation for all food safety audits
• Oversee bakery store inspections and compliance
• Develop brand education programs and training materials
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food safety
