Job summary

Whole Foods Market Naples is seeking a friendly team member for our Bakery department. You will support receiving and preparing products, stock display areas, and assist customers with product questions while upholding WFM standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean displays, front-facing shelves, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends may be required. Prior retail experience is not necessary.

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing displays by front-facing, rotating, checking codes and removing out-of-date products.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins and display areas.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling program and keep areas full and neat.
• Participate in periodic inventory checks.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation and merchandising practices.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures and maintain clean work areas.
