Job summary

Whole Foods Market, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Team member to support receiving and preparing products, maintaining the Bakery area, displays, and customer service in line with WFM standards.

The role includes stocking shelves, assisting with deliveries, and upholding health and safety regulations while engaging with customers and team members. The position requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and front-faced.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and displays.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and leaders.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps areas full and clean.
• Participates in periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time and attends trainings and meetings.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Ensures accurate signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs duties assigned by leadership.
