Whole Foods Market is seeking a team member for the Bakery department to support receiving and preparing products, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays to meet WFM standards. You will assist with deliveries, ensure accurate pricing, and provide friendly service while upholding health and safety regulations.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn about all products carried in the department.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure fresh and appealing displays by front-facing, checking codes, and rotating stock.
• Stock shelves and maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling and inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures and maintain clean, sanitary work areas.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and report safety hazards.
