Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Bakery Department operations with emphasis on quality, freshness, presentation, and service.
• Foster a welcoming, customer-focused environment and address concerns and special orders.
• Plan and execute daily bakery production based on sales trends and seasonal demand.
• Execute merchandising plans, promotions, planograms, and seasonal programs.
• Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and shrink.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop bakery staff while promoting teamwork.
